I purchased this steamer for two reasons: I wanted to remove light wrinkles from clothing I had worn so that I wouldn't have to dry clean it between wearings, and I wanted something I could travel with. This steamer is excellent for both purposes. It's true that it is small and requires frequent refilling if you're steaming multiple garments. However, its size makes it ideal for travel; if they made the reservoir any larger, it would be too cumbersome to pack. It's also true that that steamer won't fully remove deep creases, but then, no steamer will. If you want freshly pressed clothes, you need to use an iron. The only complaint I have about this steamer is its lack of an on/off switch, but this is truly a minor issue.
If you purchase this product, I recommend that you use filtered/distilled water to prevent residue from building up in the reservoir (just as you would do with a steam iron). + See Full Customer Reviews | |
